Pastor Misael Tovar has stepped in to shepherd the Chihuahua missions, to include in prayerfully returning to Siquechique, where the Nueva Esperanza Lutheran Church is located. To be able to accomplish this, Pastor Misael is in need of a 4-wheel drive JEEP or other vehicle to safely travel the unpaved mountainous roads.
